Support Contract - Technical Support

When you purchase WintextCom, you can optionally purchase direct e-mail technical support. Direct e-mail support allows you to place technical support enquiries by sending an e-mail message to support@wintextware.com and to reply directly to technical support messages. Direct e-mail support costs £90 for one year and must be purchased in conjunction with WintextCom or a standard upgrade. After the first year, direct e-mail technical support is available for a subscription fee of £45/year.

Standard technical support is available only via the support link at http://www.wintextware.com. An e-mail message from support@wintextware.com is received in response to technical support enquiries placed via this link, but only customers of direct e-mail support may reply directly to these messages; replies and original messages from unsubscribed e-mail addresses are automatically deleted.

S.W.H.-Wintextware does not provide telephone support.

Standard technical support and direct e-mail technical support are limited to support queries that relate directly to Windows Text Communications with Launchpad and can be answered in a return message. If the required support goes beyond this level, S.W.H.-Wintextware reserves the right to charge a fee for the extended work. Software setup and training on the user's premises requires a consultancy contract, which is negotiable for customers who are subscribed to both direct e-mail support and product upgrade support.
