Support Contract - Subscription Terms
Currently, purchase of product upgrade support and direct e-mail technical support with WintextCom applies up to and for a year after the release of version 4.1 of the software. At the time of release of version 4.1, subscribers will be notified that their subscription periods will run for a year from that date, after which the annual subscription fees come into effect.
WintextCom version 4.1 is expected to be released in the summer or autumn of 2009.
This means that purchasers of version 3.9.x or 4.0.x who also purchase product upgrade support and/or direct e-mail technical support receive an extension on the initial period covered by those purchases.
