Support Contract - Purchasing
To purchase Windows Text Communications with Launchpad, send an e-mail message to sales@wintextware.com. You must provide your complete postal address and a telephone number. If the purchase is being made by an employer or support organisation on behalf of a user, or similar circumstances apply, the contact details of that person or organisation should be provided rather than those of the user.
The cost of WintextCom is £386.25. This is the full selling price. Upgrades to later versions may be purchased as standard upgrades at half the full selling price at the time of upgrade, or according to the product upgrade support agreement.
Refunds are not available. Purchase of WintextCom is irrevocable and the user is advised to have undertaken a complete evaluation of the software to ensure it meets their requirements before purchasing a registered copy, by downloading the fully functional evaluation version from http://www.wintextware.com. It should be understood that purchase of WintextCom is on the basis of the software as it is, not what it might become; S.W.H.-Wintextware may informally provide information about work being done on enhancements or changes to the software, or intended to be done, or display such information on its website or by any other means, but this information is to be taken only as a guideline of the intended development course at the time and does not constitute any kind of commitment to the user to complete such forecasted enhancements or changes.
S.W.H.-Wintextware cannot undertake to retain copies of registered software provided to customers. the purchaser is advised to keep a copy of the installer for their version of the software in case of requirement to reinstall it. This may arise, for example, if the user tries a later version of the software and decides to return to their previous version.
