Support Contract - Consultancy Contracts

A consultancy contract is only available to customers who hold subscriptions to both direct e-mail technical support and product upgrade support. Consultancy contracts are intended to cover extended work that goes beyond routine technical support:

  1. Onsite training and setup to assist the user in achieving the best possible integration of Windows Text Communications with Launchpad into their system. Starts at £250/day, plus a distance-related travel expense.
  2. Provision of instructions or development of software enhancements that can be done on S.W.H.-Wintextware's premises and then delivered to the customer.

 

The terms and rates for a consultancy contract depend on the nature of the work required and are negotiated on an individual basis with S.W.H.-Wintextware. Enquiries by sending an e-mail message to sales@wintextware.com. S.W.H.-Wintextware reserves sole discretion to decide whether to undertake extended work on behalf of a software customer. A quote will be given for any agreed work.

 

Rates are cheaper for customers of the WintextPhone option, where specific assistance from S.W.H.-Wintextware to get the mostout of the software's very special features for users with limited computer ability may be most appropriate.

 

We may, at our sole discretion, consider doing certain work on a no fix, no fee, basis. This includes the possibility of providing onsite setup/training during the evaluation period of WintextCom to ensure that the program is fully working and correctly set up for that evaluation; the cost is then added to th cost of registering the software with direct e-mail technical support and upgrade support subscriptions.
